Program Legalities
  1. Participation & Cash Payouts Rules:
    1. The challenger must complete the challenger agreement to enter the challenge
    2. Before and After Pictures are required if you want to be eligible for the $26,000 prize drawing
    3. The challenge winners must fill out a w9 tax document to accept the payout
    4. The challenge winners must record a testimonial video to be eligible for a payout
    5. Participants MUST be a resident of the USA, Canada, or Puerto Rico
    6. Participants MUST be at least 14 years of age to enter and if UNDER 18 participants MUST have written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  2. The getaway incentive vacation package has the following terms and conditions. 
    1. You have 18 months to enjoy this incentive so you do not need travel dates today to get started.
    2. You will have 7 days to activate your incentive stay once we gift the incentive trip to you. 
    3. You will simply pay the local government taxes and tourism fees to secure your trip.
    4. For Best Hotel / Resort options and availability search weekday travel with check-in from Sunday to Thursday, also some weekends may have small surcharges or limited availability.
    5. Certain Holidays and special events may have limited or no availability keep in mind you have 18 months to select amazing Hotel & Resort options.
    6. Each vacation is designed as a couple’s getaway - most available room types will be for up to 2 adults. Some destinations may not have room configurations with availability for children. Adding children may reduce your hotel options or available date selections.
    7. GROUP travel is NOT allowed only 1 party among friends, family, acquaintances or known groups can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.
